Small changes, big changes

Change can be an opportunity for discovery, growth and reinvention, and this can have a positive result for each of us, and our world around us. How we use this opportunity is down to us, and the choices that we make.

To mark International Coaching Week 2020, fellow Co-Active Coach Shivaun McCullough interviewed me to kick off her series "What has coaching ever done for you?". You can listen below to discover how I made dramatic changes in my life after attending the Aspire MAD Leadership event in 2016.

Two amazing women helped me kick-start that journey and have been right there alongside me on it ever since.

The first is my dear friend Victoria, whose intuition prompted her to invite me along to that life-changing leadership event. Thank you Tors, for your friendship and your never-ending support. I can't think of anyone who spins as many plates as you do, yet still always somehow manages to make time for everyone and everything. You are incredible!

And the second is my own Coach, Dr Sam Collins, who sparked a flame in me that week. Once the flame turned into a fire, there was no going back. Thank you, Sam, for fanning the flames and simultaneously helping keep them under control. You talk about the ripple effect, but You are more of a Tidal Wave!

This week is about me paying this forward. If what I said in today's interview resonated, I'd love to hear from you! And if you're thinking about making changes in your life, remember that small changes can have a big impact.

"You can't go back and change the beginning. But you can start where you are and change the ending"
